Betty was trained as an architect and urban planner at TU Delft. Betty's passion is designing buildings where people are happy. Betty has experience as an architect, designer and technical project leader at international firms. As an architect, Betty is a spider in the web within the office and in the cooperation with the various executing parties. She is able to realise the desired building and have it comply with the latest technical requirements and aesthetic quality. The wishes of future users and clients are the basis for her work. This is reflected, among other things, in the designs for health care and laboratories and the development of residential care concepts.

Michiel Burger is a highly motivated project leader with extensive experience in Revit Architecture, BIM, NavisWorks, AutoCAD and Pintegraal. His work in the past includes research labs and large complex healthcare buildings as well as residential buildings in both the social sector as the high market segment. He also has considerable experience in overseas projects in both China and Russia. Besides his work as a project leader he is an experienced fire safety expert and produces fire safety reports and flashover calculations for both KuiperCompagnons and third parties.

Vania obtained a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Reggio Calabria (Italy). During her studies, she did an international exchange in the Lusíada University of Lisbon. Her studies and different working experiences led her to a respectful and flexible work mentality.

Linda has been involved in environmental law for almost twenty years. She has done so in the service of various municipalities, but also in the legal profession.
At KuiperCompagnons Linda is responsible for environmental plans and everything that comes with it. Think of drawing up plans of approach and pilots for the preparation of an environmental plan. Or legal advice on diverse subjects such as delegation and the binding right to advice. And presentations for the college and council.
She does this together with a permanent team of lawyers and planners who deal exclusively with the Environment Act.
Linda is also used as a 'sparring partner' for municipal lawyers and other municipal advisors within the spatial domain.

Duanyang joined KuiperCompagnons in 2011, he is the firm's representative for China, a project leader for the broad body of work of offices in China, a hub between client, design team, local BD and partners. He has worked at all scales of urban and landscape design, from a whole new city to a neighborhood park. He developed knowledge on how to integrate advanced design concepts with local laws and regulations so that they become executable plans. In doing so, he looks for the best solution together with the client and the design team. Occasionally he also works on Dutch urban and public space design projects, his ability to translate discussions / concepts into attractive visual communication is appreciated by clients and colleagues.

Gerwin is responsible for market approach and product development around the Environment Act, including environmental visions, programs, environmental plans and participation.
